SHIPPING INFORMATION & POLICIES

At Shop Imaginable, each item is made especially for you. Our made-to-order process allows us to reduce waste while offering unique, creative designs crafted just for your order.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
After placing your order, please allow approximately 4 to 7 business days for production and order preparation. During this time, your item is created and carefully prepared for shipment.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 5 weeks. This is an estimate and may vary depending on destination, carrier schedules, and other factors outside our control.

TOTAL TIME FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
Total delivery time includes both production and shipping. While we work hard to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier processing or shipping carrier issues. All shipping timeframes are guidelines rather than guarantees.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information is provided for all U.S. and Canada orders. Tracking numbers are typically sent by email within 24 to 48 hours after your order ships.

For international orders, tracking availability may vary and can take longer to appear. In some cases, overseas tracking updates may be limited or delayed.

We send regular email updates so you can follow your order’s progress and know when to expect delivery.

CUSTOMS FEES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to alter customs declarations or package information.
