At Shop Imaginable, every item is made on demand, created specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind or sizing preference.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to help.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We take pride in our quality, but if something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will review the details and advise on the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund.
