What does "print on demand" mean?
Print on demand (POD) means that we create products only after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs and customize products according to your preferences, reducing waste and ensuring each item is made just for you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
The time it takes to receive your order can vary depending on the product and your location. Generally, it takes us 4-7 business days to create and prepare your order for shipment. Once shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is typically 3-5 weeks, but this may vary based on supplier availability and shipping carrier schedules.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the arrival date.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed, as a general guideline if you contact us within 24 hours we can assist. Our production process begins within 24 hours after an order is received. However, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@shopimaginable.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@shopimaginable.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to bring our imaginative products to customers around the world. However, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our control. Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long does it take to receive my order?
This is just a guideline, remember we use multiple suppliers around the world for our product lines and can vary from location to location - you will get updated emails on shipping etc., this is just a guideline to help you.
We take about 4-10 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.), leggings are hand cut, printed and sewn and can take 5-11 business days. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve posted some times below to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 8-12 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less...time of the year and holidays do effect shipping times. And sometimes orders go out next day!
What kind of shipping times can I expect from your products?
We try to get everything made and shipped as quickly as possible, we source a wide area for products and best pricing, so depending on where they are coming from times vary - but we try to update you every step of the way.
WILL WE GUARANTEE AN ITEM ARRIVING BY A CERTAIN DATE?
No, sorry, we won’t do that, we do our best to ship quickly and efficiently, use the guidelines above to see if your item will make it on time…best we can do!
Will my items look the SAME as on my computer screen?
Remember that the bright colors you see on screen are completely different then printed matter and will vary from monitor to print, is white printing the best on all colors? Maybe not on light pink or light blue, you can always contact us to change the lettering to any color and we will gladly do so….remember we don’t refund because it doesn’t appear like it did on your monitor, we try our very best to represent the products accurately, but quite honestly they do look different.
We try to show you how the design of choice will look on your t-shirt, but sizing and position will vary due to sizes of garments….we do our best to represent the actual product but it will not be an exact replica of the mock up you see. Maximum print area is 12″ by 16″ so depending on the design etc., it will be in this range….remember the larger the shirt the print takes up less area, and the smaller the shirt, we sometimes have to reduce the print size so your design isn’t under your armpits.

What type of print is used on your garments?
We use only DTG (direct to garment) printing. Our prints will not crack over time like cheaper methods. This gives t-shirts a more loved washed grunge look, not necessarily bold and brilliant colors but the grunge pre-washed look.
Remember that the bright colors you see on screen are completely different then printed matter and will vary from monitor to print, is white printing the best on all colors? Maybe not on light pink or light blue, you can always contact us to change the lettering to any color and we will gladly do so....remember we don't refund because it doesn't appear like it did on your monitor!

Returns without cause or reason will not be refunded. We try to do everything to make sure your order is perfect, but unfortunately we sometimes do make errors.
