WHAT DOES “PRINT ON DEMAND” MEAN?
Print on demand means your item is made to order, just for you, after checkout. This allows us to offer unique designs, customization, and reduce waste — no mass production and no excess inventory.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Each order includes production time plus shipping time.

Production (average):
• Apparel: 4–10 business days
• Hand-cut & sewn items: 5–11 business days

Shipping:
Most orders arrive 2–5 weeks after shipping, depending on destination and carrier.

Over 97% of our orders ship within 8–12 business days, and many ship even sooner.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We begin production quickly after an order is placed.

Requests made within 24 hours may be possible.
Once production starts, changes are not guaranteed.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may experience customs delays, and any duties or taxes are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE IT DOES ON MY SCREEN?
Very close — but not identical.

Printed colors may vary slightly from screen colors.
Print size and placement can vary by garment size.
Maximum print area is typically 11”×15” or 12”×16”.

These variations help ensure the best fit and final appearance for each item.

WHAT PRINTING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. This method prints directly into the fabric, won’t crack or peel, and creates a soft, slightly vintage, lived-in look.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
Because items are made to order, we don’t offer refunds for sizing preference or minor color variation.
